From the moment that I considered booking our reservation, Eric was kind & responsive. He completely and thoroughly answered questions that I had about the house to make sure that it accommodated our needs as a group. The house was awesome; it's well laid out, had plenty of seating for everyone and had everything we needed. Eric quickly responded to me with questions I had about checkout time, etc. The instructions for check out were clear and concise but not too involved, which was very much appreciated. The price was just right for sharing housing with our friends making it affordable for everyone! I hope that we find the cost is right and their's availability again next year!
