We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for us. Right around the block from the historic jail we were visiting and the house was clean and just as listed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in Carthage. Bedrooms are well laid out, and we appreciated the dining room space. We ate meals, played games, and it was nice not to crowd in a smaller kitchen. Easy access to the main road. Overall a great stay.

This is a great home for a family to stay in. It's extremely spacious, with sleeping space for 11 or 12 people, 2 full bathrooms,big eat in kitchen with a huge dining room as well. The house has a very old house charm ,but updated and very comfortable and u can walk to historic areas downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Plenty of comfy beds for our big family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids enjoyed having a TV up in the loft. House was charming and clean. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at this house, and it worked out great for our family! We were in town to see family and for a wedding. The house is very walkable to places to eat if you would like. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the house had everything that we needed. Eric was very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Carthage!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric's home! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was convenient and peaceful. Eric was an excellent host—responsive, thoughtful, and quick to address any concerns. The students I booked for absolutely loved the space and felt right at home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained home with a great host. We’ll definitely book again in the future!

Great place to stay. Only minor complaint, the beds are hard, very hard. Memory foam but a hard memory foam. I could see how some may like them but my with and I did not. Other than that, we had two little ones running around and it was a safe place for them to be crazy. Mostly baby proof I would say.

Better than the pictures! Such a good spot right next to food and gas. The house is so roomy and cozy with everything you would need for your stay. Everything was clean and check in was easy, the host was even understanding when we needed a late check out. Will be staying again!

It was a great experience! The house was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, toilet paper, etc. The location and parking were awesome. We will definitely stay here again in the future if we visit Carthage again.
